I submit a PR with gnatsweb: it works ==> my PR file is queued in /home/gnats/gnats-queue/ as gnatsXXXX
When the cron works, I receive one mail which announces that file-pr can't append to the index file ( /home/gnats///gnats-adm/index). So, my gnatsXXXX file is renamed .gnatsXXXX in gnats-queue.
Where is the bug?

 It appears from more recent mail from you that you managed to solve this
