Hi,
I just downloaded the gsl package; I am working on a Windows machine with Visual
studio.
Please let me know how I should
do the set up so that I can run the test files from Visual studio. If there is
a readme , please point me to it.

In the gsl .zip file the relevant readme is msvc/README.txt
