Hi,
Sure, I do this all the time.
Compile your own files, but link with
-lgsl -lcblas -latlas -lm
instead of
-lgsl -lgslcblas -lm

I have compiled on my computer ATLAS liblary from Netlib. Can I use it as
an anlternative liblary for my GSL? If it possible how to do this?
Does it make sense to do this???
