To whom it may concern:
1. gsl_sf_bessel_jl_impl : always gives 12.6614 even I changed the
argument a few times.
2. gsl_sf_bessel_yl_impl : gives a result I expected from
gsl_sf_bessel_jl_impl.

Hi. Please, always include a short example program
illustrating the problem when you make a report.

If this were true, then the tests would fail, which they do not.

Again, the tests indicate otherwise.
My guess is that you have incorrect arguments
in a printf() in your program. But I can
only guess.
