* Problem building 0610 snapshot on Cygwin

Hi,

I was trying to build the 0610 snapshot from this file
insight+dejagnu-20000610.tar.bz2 over the weekend and had the following
error. When trying to build libgui, ikclsh.exe cannot be found. What am i
missing?
