When I move into a button on the toolbar, it raises. When I press it,
and release the mouse button, the toolbar button first depresses and
then becomes flat. I think it should go back to the raised state
after activation.

Tom,
I agree, that one is even on our internal bug queue - which it would
be good to move over to prms once it gets purged of the obsolete
bugs...
Now, I wonder who the author of that toolbar code is, in case I need
to ask him any questions?
