When trying to build 20030924 snapshot with latest version
of Cygwin (1.5.5-1) (updated 2003-09-24), there is a build fault in
tcl/generic/tclCmdAH.c
due to its use of FILE_EXISTS. This is due to an equal define
in the Cygwin environment:
...\cygwin\usr\include\w32api\winnt.h
...\cygwin\usr\include\w32api\ddk\winddk.h
The fault can be fixed by replacing
FILE_EXISTS with FILE_XISTS in tcl/generic/tclCmdAH.c
but I am not sure how this should actually be fixed permanently,
assuming TCL is taken from somewhere else...
The fault is probably caused by the new version of Cygwin.

"Cygwin" being a generic concept in this case. If it is caused by
anything related to cygwin, it would be an update to the w32api header
files.
