It's refering to the pserver which is part of CVS. That archive is copy
of insight with all the CVS sub-directories in place ready set-up for
pserver access to the CVS repository.
If you've got IP connectivity and you intend shaddowing insight (and
GDB) then this is the one for you. It is less overhead than ``cvs -d co
insight''.
