I noticed Insight moved to a unified gdbtk ChangeLog.
That's nice.
For Emacs users it would be even more convenient if the old ChangeLogs
were renamed. As it now stands, Emacs users will probably end up
using the old ChangeLogs by mistake a fair amount, due to the way
Emacs searches for the correct ChangeLog to use.

The renaming will happen at the change of the year.
The library/ChangeLog and generic/ChangeLog will be renamed to
library/ChangeLog-2000 and generic/ChangeLog-2000
The unified ChangeLog is effective as of 12:00am Jan 1, 2001.
