FYI,
It appears that the Tcl update has caused some -Werror bit rot :-/
Many of the `char*' variables need the const attribute.
In generic/gdbtk.c, I noticed TclDebug's `v', and gdbtk_init's
old_chain, src_path, msg and lib_path.
