Hello,

I downloaded new Tcl/Tk Cygwin package (tcltk-20030901-1.tar.bz2) and the
problem still exists:

% package require Itcl
couldn't load library "C:/cygwin/lib/itcl3.2/../libitcl32.a": invalid
argument

Best regards,

Jerzy Witkowski

#@! I was under the impression that it worked. I just tried it: it
doesn't work at all on cygwin. Sigh.

I've added Martin to this discussion. I don't know if he's back on line
yet. [I even tried using "--enable-shared" on cygwin to no avail.]

My apologies for not testing this.
Keith
