it's itcl's mis configuration, because insight buitin's tcltk is not 8.3.1

It looks like itcl has been confiugred to use tcl/tk 8.3. This is not
currently supported. You MUST use the versions of tcl/tk that came with
Insight. (I would also suggest getting a CVS version of the sources, not
the ancient gdb-5.0 sources.)
