[MAJOR PATCH] Improved plugin handling

Hi,

I've been promising this for a very, very long time, and I've finally 
gotten off my lazy *@! and checked it in.

I've tested this with both linux and windows, and it appears to work. If 
it no longer works for you, please post a message to this list.

If you have a copy of insight checked out, you will need to go to the 
gdb/gdbtk directory and do a "cvs update -d" to get all the new 
directories.

I've also committed two plugins: the usual "rhabout" sample plugin and a 
new "Intel Pentium" plugin, which is available for embedded x86 debuggers 
(no natives, sorry).

My thanks to Fernando Nasser for all his work on which this is based.

Based on Jim Ingham ideas.

And thanks to you (and Martin?) for revamping and improving it.

C'mon folks, lets write some plug-ins!

Ok, I wasn't very clear about this... I do not plan to post a patch for 
this... The patch file is over 250k!

If anyone really wants it, I'll be happy to send it to you. Just email me.
