There are at least 3 ways.
You can run gdb using the `--args' argument.
There is a dialog off the File menu that lets you edit this property.
Or so I recall; I haven't used it in a long time.
You can use "set args" from the console.

Hi All,
How can I see the output (to stdout) of the program debugged with Insight
5.2.1?
Thank you,

There are two ways.
1. Run insight from an xterm. Then look there.
2. Tell insight to run your program in an xterm. I forget where this
option is. I think the target dialog.

Yup -- File->Target Settings... has this option.

Yup, once again in File->Target Settings... (select the "use xterm for
inferior's terminal" option).
