One weird thing...
When insight-5.2.1 appeared, there were no 5.2-5.2.1
diffs. The same happened now with 5.3... What is the
policy behind all this ? Should all Insight-users
have a direct net connection, ie. downloading 20 Mbytes
instead of possibly only 2 Mbytes doesn't matter ?

Insight is released compliments of the GDB folks. Gdb does not release
diffs between versions either. If you would like to have diffs between
versions, I suggest asking for such a thing on the gdb mailing list.
