Compiled my java program into native code (x86_64-linux-gnu)
and antlr3.4.jar in object:

gcj -fPIC -c antlr3.4.jar --classpath=junit.jar -o antlr.o 

gcj -fPIC myProg.jar antlr.o -o myProg 


For files>2k, myProg exits at byte 2048 and reports to have reached EOF which
is not the case. Occurs for a java CharStream.
Java version works fine on the same file.
Encoding is UTF-8.
