Currently, dist is limited for Fedora only, that makes fedabipkgdiff only be
able to compare packages built for Fedora. But, this is not a good way. In
practice, other packages built for EPEL, CentOS, and RHEL should also be
supported. Relaxing the dist check means fedabipkgdiff should be capable of
handling arbitrary dists expanded from macro %{?dist}, e.g. el6, el6eng, el7_3,
el6.centos. There are also some strange existent ones, for example ael7a, bs2,
ec1, etc. So, fedabipkgdiff should not assume any possible format of a dist.
