The actual change from DW_AT_data_member_location plus DW_AT_bit_offset to
DW_AT_data_bit_offset is harder than it looks because the representation of the
offset changes for little endian systems. And arguably currently libabigail
handles DW_AT_bit_offset incorrect for little endian systems... tricky.
