This one looks unique and seems to be related to an anonymous union as a
parameter. I'm not sure how that can happen.

With the latest trunk:

$ fedabipkgdiff --self-compare -a --from fc37 

Comparing the ABI of binaries between nodejs-libs-18.12.1-1.fc37.ppc64le.rpm
and nodejs-libs-18.12.1-1.fc37.ppc64le.rpm:

Note that this doesn't seem to affect all platforms only ppc64le and s390x
