In this particular instance, the version of glibc was upgraded from
glibc-2.35-231-gae045ed16b351038f66fcabbab7b4670a7381ab5 to
glibc-2.35-244-g739de21d3043f927e93490ee33f9e1b948556f5b.

A few excerpts from job logs:

This was triggered by the reference binaries still using absolute paths for the
debugaltlink, now we've done a release with the change to our stripper that
creates relative links, we no longer see this issue.
