The glibc 2.35 release branch has been created.
We are open again for glibc 2.36 development.
Please review bug fixes and consider them for backporting to 2.35
where appropriate (no ABI impact, no locale collation changes etc.).
The release branch is expected to get liberal backports to correct
any issues discovered in the coming months.
Thank you to all of the downstream distributions that backport
changes in the release branches. The collaboration over the last
few years has been amazing.
Collectively we have backported 100+ commits to the glibc 2.34
release branch over the last 6 months! That is really awesome.
