Does Free software foundation hold the copyright of generated charmaps files? For localedata, glibc does not hold copyright. Does this apply to charmaps?

I want to port glibc’s generated charmaps (those .gz under /usr/share/i18n/charmaps) files to windows.

I think you need to send this question to <licensing@fsf.org>, per this
web page: <https://www.fsf.org/licensing>

Thanks,
Florian
