I'm moving on from IBM and I won't be able to continue to act as powerpc
machine maintainer.
I'd like to nominate Rajalakshmi Srinivasaraghavan as the new powerpc machine
maintainer.
I have already updated the wiki page [1].
I will stay around in the community, but I'll be wearing a different hat.
