You must have the ChangeLog merge driver installed. If you don't see
"Glibc Git - ChangeLogs"
If the merge driver fails you may need to merge the ChangeLog fragment by hand.
The date in the ChangeLog entry, once merged, should reflect today's
date, the day that you applied the fix.
