This repository is just a mirror that is usually listed first by search
engines.  The official is at sourceware.org [1] and it does not use
pull requests as with github.

The glibc translations files are done by the translationproject [2] and
you can check the latest release glibc ones [3]. 

So to report a translation bug, you need to report to the specific language
at https://translationproject.org/team/index.html.
