Due to changes in priorities at work, I find that I am no longer able
to commit to being a RISC-V co-maintainer for glibc.
I have removed myself from the MAINTAINERS page on the wiki, and leave
RISC-V in the capable hands of the other three maintainers and the now
vastly larger RISC-V ecosystem.
My other committments to glibc have not changed.
