The server changed, the lists migrated to a new one. The web page for
the list is now
https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/phil-list
And yes, the certificate for the web page seems to be broken. The
admins promised to send out more info but it all seems to take longer
than originally planned. Sending mails to the list takes ages for them
to show up. Probably all that catching up and the very high spam level.
