With the current glibc 2.1.3 CVS version I get:
exit.c: In function `exit':
exit.c:59: `ef_cxa' undeclared (first use in this function)
exit.c:59: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
exit.c:59: for each function it appears in.)
exit.c:60: union has no member named `cxa'
exit.c:60: union has no member named `cxa'

I'm not sure how much from 2.2 should be added and therefore don't
send a patch in for now.

Andreas
