A Lithuanian user has requested this, their timezone shifted to GMT+2
at the end of October. I prefer to keep in sync with the
glibc-2-1-branch when at all possible, so it'd be helpful if this
were checked in ASAP (Debian has a freeze coming up on Sunday).
