Yes, I guess as well that a culturally German Frisian locale wouldn’t be for
Western Frisian, but then it wouldn’t have the language code 'fy' either, so we
should probably create a new one like frr_DE maybe. I could not find the day
and month names in the old fy_DE locale anywhere, it does not seem to have been
Sater Frisian and also not one of the North Frisian dialects I found. Maybe
some other dialect of North Frisian.
