Details about the Rajasthani language has been described in this file.

About 20 million people speak this language in India and highly used in the
local areas of India(Rajasthan).

We need the creation of locale for Rajasthani language.

as per the page, raj is the inclusive code similar to 'bh' code for Bihari. So
Rajasthani is not a language but a set of language of the following:

bgq – Bagri
gda – Gade Lohar
gju – Gujari
mup – Malvi
wbr – Wagdi
lmn – Lambadi
noe – Nimadi
lrk – Loarki

So I think we should go for one of them ^^ instead of the 'raj'. When
suggesting to Meghraj for having a locale of 'rajasthani', I was not aware of
the fact as talk in parliament of India is going to recognize Rajasthani as
official language. Little confusing!

Yeah, @Rajesh JI, as far as i considered on the behalf of other language like, 
bh for bihari etc, so i supposed to go with 'raj' for rajasthani.
@Pravin, if you think we should go for another one then we can go.

a. "raj" is not correct code or
b   we can provide better code than "raj" from its group language.

Actually, though, mentioned as a language group, Rajasthani is one language for
which demand is to be considered as an 8th schedule language of india.

So, can be considered as a locale as some institutions think like this:

So can be considered if standard Rajasthani is used.
