Since commit 70a6707 many locales use U+202F as thousands separator instead of
U+00A0, only the latter is used in CLDR. Please change locales currently using
U+202F to use U+00A0 instead to be consistent with CLDR.

I think it is OK to use U+202F as thousands separator in glibc, probably better
than U+00A0 and I think we can close this.
