SIL is the registration authority for ISO 639-3.

Confirmed that SIL has this listed as an individual constructed language
assigned an active 3 letter code.

Testing a patch to add just Toki Pona.

This is fixed for glibc 2.36.

    Define ISO 639-3 "tok" [BZ #28950]

    Effective 2022-01-20 via SIL request 2021-043 the identifier "tok"
    is now active for Toki Pona in the code set for ISO 639-3.
