I've rearranged the MIPS libm-test-ulps files so the o32 version is in
sysdeps/mips/mips32 (used for both hard and soft float configurations) and
the n32/n64 version (both were identical) is in sysdeps/mips/mips64.
I intend to regenerate both files (and the ARM file) completely starting
from an empty file once we're in the freeze for 2.16, so that they
properly reflect ulps reductions from recent libc changes as well as
increases or ulps for new testcases; this is just preliminary putting the
files in the right places.
