This is about a patch to _FP_PACK_SEMIRAW (and supporting changes
elsewhere). The kernel's version of soft-fp diverged from glibc before I
added the "semiraw" optimizations in 2006 - anyone wishing to merge in
this fix will need to merge in several years' changes from the glibc code
first.
