The mailinglists were migrated to mailman earlier this year. The
webpage https://sourceware.org/libffi/ should be updated to point to
the new signup pages:
https://sourceware.org/mailman/listinfo/libffi-announce
https://sourceware.org/mailman/listinfo/libffi-discuss
