    libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:
    
            * include/experimental/bits/simd.h (is_simd_flag_type): New.
            (_IsSimdFlagType): New.
            (copy_from, copy_to, load ctors): Constrain _Flags using
            _IsSimdFlagType.
