I wonder when would be a good time to update the libstdc++ baselines for
GCC 13.  I do have a Solaris patch ready, but maybe it's better to wait
a bit longer?

Please give me a few days, I have a large patch to complete the missing
C++20 library functionality, but it adds 17 new symbols.
