    sys/tree.h: Simplify chain of conditions
    
    In RB_GENERATE_REMOVE_COLOR() simplify a chain of conditions of the following
    pattern
    
    if (x) {
      ...
    } else if (!x) {
      ...
    }
    
    to
    
    if (x) {
      ...
    } else {
      ...
    }
