I'm trying to close pr gdb/1352, a garden variety spam,
and I'm getting:
Error
The GNATS database is locked
The PR has not been change. If this problem persists, please contact a GNATS administrator.
Also, I created a new pr gdb/1353 about an hour ago, and it hasn't
shown up in the database and I haven't gotten mail yet.
This has been happening for > 1 hour, so I figured I'd post here.

The lock was actually more than 24 hours old, so I figured that it must
be safe to delete it.
Hmm. I thought we had a process running which did this automatically...
Nope. I guess we don't.
