Hi,

Nick Clifton approved to give me write after approval rights for the
binutils package.

I've already got an account on gcc.gnu.org: krebbel@gcc.gnu.org

On http://sourceware.org/cgi-bin/pdw/ps_form.cgi there is a note
recommending to write to this address in case you already have an
account.
