I've updated the web form to make this fact clear after submission.

Prasad, you already have an account, so using this form is the wrong thing
anyway. As the form says:
"Note that if you already have an account on sourceware.org or gcc.gnu.org
for CVS or Subversion write access, then do not use this form. Instead send
an email to the overseers mail account at this site telling what project
you want write access to and who approved that access."

Your submissions (which I am now removing) were all for the
"sourceware" project, and supposedly approved by fche (with two different
email addresses) and srinivasa (two times) and srikar.

Of those, only fche could have approved access, but I don't know where that
would have happened. Until Frank comes on-line perhaps you could explain
what the rationale is?
