trouble with replying to GDB bugzilla/PR entries by email

Hello,

All GDB bugzilla traffic goes to gdb-prs@sourceware.org in email
form.  These emails have Reply-To set to
sourceware-bugzilla@sourceware.org.  Up until a couple of
weeks ago, replying to this address resulted in:

 1. the message getting logged in the bugzilla entry, and,
 2. consequently, the reply getting sent to gdb-prs@ as well
    for everyone monitoring bugzilla activity to see.

If you reply using bugzilla's web interface, you get a
copy sent to gdb-prs@ as well.

Recently though, replying by email seems to get stuck
between step #1 and #2 above.  The message is indeed logged
in bugzilla, and visible through the web interface, but,
no email is sent out to gdb-prs@sourceware.org's subscribers.

Here's an example.  I sent this one by email:

 http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=10736#c3

While writing this message, I thought of doing the quick
test of replying to that comment using the web interface,
thus producing comment #4.

 http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=10736#c4

This had an interesting effect.  An email was sent to
gdb-prs@ immediately, containing _both_ comment #3 and #4.
That is, it flushed both comments in one email.

Any what could be causing this?

I noticed this first on 2010-03-12, but I thought
it was a hiccup then.

I believe bugzilla sometimes batches outgoing email requests.

This one was logged last 12th, two weeks ago, and still hasn't
made it to gdb-prs@:

There's certainly been traffic on gdb-prs@ after that.

Probably, if I reply to that comment by email, both
comments will flush out, as in my previous example.
