* Google not indexing gcc-patches

I've found that Google is no longer indexing gcc-patches.  Compare
these searches:

site:gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2009-11/ -> sixty-something
site:gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2009-12/ -> twenty-something
site:gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2010-01/ -> no matches

And searching for the title of recent gcc-patches messages finds other
archive sites on the internet, but no longer finds the gcc.gnu.org
archives.

fche says that the googlebot is throttled; maybe that's why?  I tried
checking with Google Webmaster Tools but you have to establish
ownership of the site by mucking around in the top level before it'll
let you get data out.

It'd be nice to have this working again, those archives are
super-useful.
