Hello Overseers,

I was recently named gcc maintainer for Xtensa. I have an account 
already for binutils, but need write access for gcc, and am told that 
you are the people to ask.

Since, strictly speaking, only existing maintainers (per MAINTAINERS)
can sponsor write access I'll be happy to formally sponsor Sterling if 
necessary. ;-)

Sterling has been added to the gcc group.
