I was under the impression that this applied to CPU Port maintainers as 
well based on what's on the link below since it doesn't make that 
distinction. I am listed as a CPU port maintainer for ARM in the GCC 
MAINTAINERS file since this commit.

[I made it clear that I don't want personal email about this.  I am
obviously reading and responding to email in the overseers mailing list
so there is no reason to go to the effort of trying a random email
address to cc.]
