Hello,
The previous incarnation of sourceware.org provided lftp, which I used
to push GDB release tarballs over to the gnu.org ftp. This program was
very convenient, because it handled automatically anonymous login,
multiple puts, and as well as visual feedback of download/upload progress.
The only ftp program I could find via apropos was "ftp", which is a little
bare... Is there something else I could use, or could lftp be re-installed,
please?
