Hi Guys,
A user has requested that we enable voting for the binutils bugzilla:
https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=18728
Is this a good idea ? If so, can I do it, or can one of you ?

It's certainly possible. The voting-related code is being moved out
of bugzilla core, and is now an optional extension. It's a sysadmin
setting; you can't do it yourself.
Whether it's a good idea depends on the project maintainers (e.g.:
would they view voting data as useful or as a distraction?). I don't
see anything in the referred Eclipse PR as followup confirmation of
the value of that experiment.
If you think it should be turned on, we can try it.
