Hello,
while creating an account, i read "your email address will never be
displayed to logged out users" at
https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/createaccount.cgi
but unfortunately the public gcc-bugs@gcc.gnu.org mailinglist expose the
email address only slightly obfuscated:

For me, that was a surprise as the "never be displayed to logged out
users" sounds very restrictive. Maybe the comment should be removed?

Thanks for your report. You're right, it is misleading; will look
into removing the false promise of email address privacy.
