Dear overseers,
would you please adjust the glibc.git hooks so that only the branches
master and release/* are stopped from being rebased?
Rebasing personal branches should be allowed.
If there was a way to prevent private branch commits from ending up in
Bugzilla, that would be great, too.

overseers don't maintain that stuff for us.
Those of us with direct shell access on sourceware can do it ourselves.
That includes you. Just propose on libc-alpha patches to the files
in /sourceware/projects/glibc-home/gitfiles/hooks/.
